2019 AzABA Year-End Conference

The AzABA Year-End Conference is the largest ABA specific event in Arizona.  Attendees will include BCBAs, RBTs, ABA business owners, executive leaders, students and community members.  This year’s conference will feature engaging speakers from around the country.
We are expecting approximately 125 attendees, and are confident that you will have the opportunity to share your unique information with a quality group of engaged stakeholders.

Exhibitor Booths

Booth: $500
Benefits:

• One 6 ft table and two chairs
• Booth representative(s) will receive two breakfast and two lunch passes
• Booth representatives are invited to attend all education and general sessions

Sponsorships

Gold Sponsorship: $2,000
Benefits:

• Onsite Signage
• 2 minute presentation at the conference breakfast or lunch
• A full list of attendees will be emailed to the Sponsor one week prior to the conference and one week post conference.  
• Logo on event marketing, including the AzABA website
• One 6 ft table and two chairs
• Booth representative(s) will receive two breakfast and two lunch passes
• Booth representatives are invited to attend all education and general sessions

Silver Sponsorship: $1,000
Benefits:

• A full list of attendees will be emailed to the Sponsor one week prior to the conference and one week post conference.

Marketing Sponsor - $100

Sponsor may provide one advertisement item (this may include, but is not limited to, pens, key chains, brochures, etc.) to be placed at the attendee registration. 250 pieces of each item must be delivered to AzABA prior to the conference.

Check In | Set Up | Tear Down

• Exhibitor check-in opens a 7:00  a.m. – attendee registration open at 7:30am and sessions begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.
• It is requested that all exhibitors are set up by 7:30 a.m. This will give attendees an opportunity to visit your booth before presentations start.
• Tear down should not occur prior to 3:00 p.m.
