All requests must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- At least one principal investigator must hold a current AzABA membership at the time of submission, including student membership.
- The study must have received IRB approval, or a documented determination of exemption from an accredited institution. Supporting documentation must be included with the submission.
- Recruitment materials must comply with BACB Ethics Code Section 6 and all applicableAzBoPE standards.
- The research must be relevant to Arizona practitioners, clients, or the broader Arizona behavior analysis community.
- All materials must comply with trademark and copyright requirements. Protected terms (e.g., BCBA®, RBT®, BACB®) must include the registered trademark symbol on first use.
Submission Deadline: Requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to each quarterly newsletter edition to be considered for that issue. Approved announcements will be included in the next scheduled newsletter distribution. Newsletters are distributed in February, May, August and November (submissions for the May newsletter are due by April 15th).
