Summary:
Given the growth of our field and growing access to our services, we must work to understand the rules and statues that govern both the business and practice of behavior analysis. Some of the topics to be covered include how laws and regulations impact Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona, contingencies influencing policymakers, how to get involved, and specific regulatory issues impacting Arizona today.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Attendees will receive an overview of the events and polices that shape the current regulatory environment behavior analyst operate in across the US.
  2. Attendees will examine ways to participate in and affect public policy and regulation.
  3. Attendees will learn of current public policy issues impacting the practice and business of behavior analysis in Arizona.
