Summary:
Reviewing the article "Finding a Meaningful Career Using Organizational Behavior Management" and discussing what is available for BCBAs outside of Autism/Early Intervention.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will be able to identify how to align their professional development in OBM by seeking out appropriate mentorship and supervision practices.

  2. Participants will be able to generalize their behavior analytic practice into career interests in the field of OBM.

  3. Participants will be able to identify applicable areas of behavior analytic work that can be applied in OBM.
