Join the ACT/RFT SIG for the fourth installment of Allie Newell’s ACT-U series. This month will cover the concept of values. ACT-U is a 6-hour interactive course that focuses on learning and applying the principles of ACT with its participants. By embracing and integrating the principles and practices of ACT into our own lives—including values, we can better serve the populations we work within. Join us for part four of this transformative series!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will be able to describe the significance of individualized values alignment in behavior change.
  2. Participants will be able to describe common barriers to values-aligned behavior.
  3. Participants will be able to identify activities to engage in to clarify committed actions.
