Hosted by the Ethics Committee of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis, this event will facilitate a discussion of the ethical considerations of common situations faced by behavior analysis in the state. Participants in the event will be expected to do the following: share scenarios from their own practice, respond to generic scenarios with management techniques based on the compliance code and/or other resources, and develop possible violations based on specific codes, all of which will be done with the goal of being an increased value for the community. The Ethics Committee is striving to be a resource for this practicing behavior analysis in Arizona and elsewhere, but has encountered barriers in increasing participation through social media outlets. This event is designed to decrease the response effort associated with participation, thereby increasing the value of the committee to the community of behavior analysts. Behavior analysts who participate in this event will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves further with the code and generalize previous knowledge to novel situations. 1.5 Ethics CEUs Available
