DESCRIPTION This workshop will provide an introduction to Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) assessment, case formulation and intervention tools. FACT suggests a trans‐diagnostic approach to human suffering and use of mindfulness and value‐based behavior change techniques. These powerful strategies apply to individual and group service and are useful in creating healthy communities.
