  • Clinical – Maintain a small caseload of focused and comprehensive clients to:

  • Supervision – Provide supervision and feedback to clinicians to:
    • Ensure quality services provided in an ethical manner
    • Help them obtain the fieldwork experience/supervision required by the BACB
  • Collaboration – Work closely with company owners and other employees to:
    • Ensure clinicians have the knowledge and resources needed to provide high quality services
    • Ensure clients/caregivers have the awareness and confidence in the services we provide
    • Continuously improve services, work-flows, efficiencies, and job satisfaction
    • Contribute to the company climate, culture, and future directions

Minimum Qualifications

  • BCBA licensed in Arizona
  • 1 year of experience implementing behavior reduction plans
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel in northern Arizona to client homes, schools, communities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Credentialed by the BACB as a supervisor, with at least 3 years experience developing, implementing, overseeing behavior reduction plans
  • One year of experience implementing comprehensive skill-acquisition programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
  • Experience conducting/supervising both comprehensive and focused services in home and community settings

Learn the science and application of Applied Behavioral Analysis in a flexible format that fits your busy schedule. Options include:

  • Earn a stand-alone certificate (six courses)

Either route offers all courses 100 percent online, in eight-week sessions: take two courses consecutively each semester and focus on only one at a time.
