Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations made prior to seven (7) calendar days of the event are eligible to receive a 75% refund on all fees paid. Individual substitutions at the same registration level can be made for member agencies with no penalty. There will not be any refunds granted for cancellations made six (6) days or less prior to the event. Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected].
